Volunteers Centre Skopje is looking for 5 Macedonians (4 participants, 1 group leader) who want to participate together with young people from Czechia, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Romania in the Youth Exchange “VOLUNTEERISM VS VOLUNTOURISM“ in Romania!

About the project:
The projects takes place in the context of the increasing number of projects in ERASMUS+ also the rate of unsuccessful projects is growing and a high number of complaints appear concerning attendance of some participants, unmotivated volunteers with different expectations and priorities. Thus, the aim of the project is to increase the success and quality of youth projects by identifying and applying new solutions to stimulate volunteerism and active participation in all the phases of a project.
Participants…
– must be 18 – 25 years old (no age-limit for the group leader)
– should speak good English
– the group will be selected in gender-balance
– applicants with fewer opportunities (e.g. unemployed youngsters) have priority
The project is funded by ERASMUS+, so all travel costs will be reimbursed according to the ERASMUS+ regulations (275,- Euros for Macedonia). Food and accommodation will be provided.
