Call for a youth exchange in Romania!

Volunteers Centre Skopje is looking for 4 participants (18–25 years old) and 1 youth leader (18+) from Macedonia to participate in the Youth Exchange “The land I love” in Romania.

Place: Sărata-Monteoru, Buzău in Romania

Date: 27.10.-05.11.21

!! There might be possible changes regarding the project dates depending on the current situation with COVID-19, as well as the restrictions that certain countries have for the entry of Macedonian citizens.

About the project:

The aim of the project is to increase the responsibility of young people for environmental sustainability and quality of life by preventing and reducing soil pollution. The objective is to increase the level of understanding on the factors, causes and effects of soil pollution in the human body and the environment, through the development of new socio-civic, digital and artistic skills for better soil protection and environmental sustainability.

Project partner: Fundatia Pentru Tineret Buzau (Romania)

Technical details: The project is funded by ERASMUS+, so all travel costs (up to 275 euros) will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ regulations. Accommodation and food will be provided. There is 5 € participation fee to be paid upon the arrival.

How to apply?

  3. Present yourself shortly and point out which project you are interested in
  4. Attach your CV in English

  5. Attach motivation letter in English, answering at least the following questions
    • Who are you?
    • How old are you?
    • Why do you want to participate?
    • How do you want to contribute to the project?

Application deadline: 18.10.2021

The applicants will be informed after the deadline when the selection of the participants is final.
