Volunteers Centre Skopje is looking for volunteers from Macedonia to participate in an ESC – projects “Volunteering connecting people” & “Stronger local communities through Volunteering” in Vilnius and Trakai, Lithuania.

There are multiple projects. You can see all of them below.
- SOS Children’s Village
SOS Family Strengthening Program supports disadvantaged families at risk of separation by bolstering their capacity to protect and care for their children. SOS Children’s Village hopes to help families to learn look after themselves so that they can live independently in the long-term.
- Kindergarten “Mamos delne”
Kindergarten provides pre-school education for children from 1 to 6 years old kids. Kindergarten offers daily activities for kids, as well as different events, actions, different workshops. Volunteer will be helping kindergarten teachers to implement different activities for kids, organize events, workshops etc.
- Valakupiai Rehabilitation Center
Volunteer will be working together with social workers, teachers, therapists, so he/she will have a possibility to learn specific skills related to learning process of people with disabilities.
- Day Center for people with disabilities “Šviesa”
Volunteers will be invited to organize activities together with social workers: music, theatre, ceramics, etc. Will publish monthly newsletter “ŠARKA” (“Magpie”) and involving people with disabilities in this process.
- Open Youth Center “Mes”
Volunteer will organize and arrange local young people’s, aged 14-29 years, spare time through different events, activities, camps, outings, projects, meetings, trainings etc.
- Kindergarten “Patirčių slėnis” in Trakai
Kindergarten offers daily activities for kids, as well as different events, actions, different workshops. Volunteer will be helping kindergarten teachers to implement different activities for kids, organize events, workshops and etc.
- Primary school “Patirciu slenis” in Trakai
School offers daily classes, organizes different project, actions, workshops. Volunteer will be helping teachers to assist in the classes, implement different activities for kids, organize events, workshops and etc.

Technical Details:
The project is funded by ERASMUS+, so all travel costs (up to 275 euros) will be reimbursed according to ERASMUS+ regulations. Accommodation, insurance, food and pocket money will be provided.
