Volunteers Centre Skopje is looking for 3 participants (+18 years old) from Macedonia who want to participate in the training course “Breaking the cycle” in Lithuania.

About the project:
“Breaking the cycle” is a training course designed to equip participants with non-formal tools for mental well-being in their work with youth. The training aims to improve competencies in active listening, stress management, and psychological first aid and to raise awareness and shift mindsets about mental well-being, promoting a more positive and supportive approach in daily interactions.

Technical Details:
The project is funded by Erasmus+, so all travel costs (up to 275 euros) will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ regulations. Accommodation and food will be provided.
