Gratitude is the art of being thankful and appreciative of our things in life. Not only that, you could say that being grateful is a lifestyle where one is capable of valuing what he has instead of what he is missing.
200.000 people die every day from natural causes, and today you were not one of them.
It’s straightforward and usual to complain since it’s our nature to do so.
But instead of complaining about how long your day at work was, how tired you are, not having Wi-Fi, the weather, or any other typical thing, be grateful. Be grateful for this moment, the people around you, and your resources. Regardless of your life situation, we must stay positive towards anything life presents us. It’s all part of the journey.
You will never have enough if you focus on what you don’t have. Is your glass half-full or half-empty? You may not realize it, but you probably have what many people don’t. You are irreplaceable. You are what others aren’t.
You wake up in the morning. It’s a new day. What are you grateful for?
