Hi, I’m Lukáš! I’m 26 years old and originally from Slovakia, though I’ve spent over six years living in the Czech Republic, where I studied at university. I have a master’s degree in Social Education and Counselling, and another in Strength and Conditioning Training.

After finishing university, I volunteered in France for four months through Workaway, which not only helped me improve my French but also allowed me to meet many kind and interesting people. My interest in other types of volunteering led me to Greece for my first ESC project, where I spent a month helping to organise a youth festival.

I am a curious person, and in my free time, I record and produce two podcasts. One is in Czech and Slovak, which I’ve been doing for over four years with 37 episodes so far. The other, in English, is called “Listen Insight Dialogues”. In both, I interview people on topics that I find important and interesting – ranging from psychology and psychotherapy to environmental education, nonviolent communication, meditation, and poetry.

My passions include physical and mental health, education, communication, personal development, mindfulness, social issues, and art. To relax and recharge, I love spending time in nature – walking in forests and hiking. I also enjoy poetry and finding meaning and beauty in moments of life..
