Hi! I’m Luna, I’m 22 years old and I’m from France.

After studying French and philosophy in Montpellier, I wanted to change my environment and discover a side of life that I hadn’t yet experienced. I wanted to discover new places and a new me.

I heard about volunteering and the idea seemed right for me. People often say that travel shapes young people, and I think it’s the best way to understand the world and life.

Macedonia was a country I had never heard of, or only very briefly, but as I learned more about it, I found the country’s history very rich and its cultural mix very interesting.

I love discovering new things, being spontaneous, listening to music, and meeting people. So, the chance to travel far from home to such a cosmopolitan city was an opportunity not to be missed.

I am really looking forward to spending the next three months with the other volunteers, whom I already love, and the VCS team, who have been as kind as can be.
