During 7 training days we were discussed topics like skills for better youth employability, gathering and spreading of labor market information, advocacy and lobbying for youth rights in labor market, minority groups of youth in labor markets (migrants, IDP’s, refugees, ethnical or national minorities), inclusion of minority youth, intercultural learning, etc. Besides having a good time, we learned many things starting from the first day. For example, we learned a lot of interesting facts about the history, the culture and the tradition of the other countries and of the life experience of every participant. Also, we shared our plans for the future which helped us to develop many more ideas, new contacts and cooperation’s, all of us found their place in this “circle” and enjoyed it on their own way. What we learned ?
Difference between group and team working;
How to respect and understand each other;
Skills that employers want ;
How to write good CV;
Skills for interview.. etc.
It was a pleasure to be part of all those smiles and happy faces and feel and share the positive vibrations from the successful work. At the end, we got back home with one more bag full of new ideas, knowledge and skills, ready for the challenges of tomorrow and hoping that one day we will meet these nice people again.
