Hello, I’m Noa. I come from the Bordeaux wine country in France.

I am a pastry dude! After I have finished my school in French pastry, I would teach another pastry of the world. I chose Macedonia for my first long-term experience because I love watching new recipes in my job, it’s my passion. I like teaching other people about new pastry. I have worked in Norway for just 2 weeks and maybe it was too short to see other pastries, people’s culture, and speak the Norwegian language. I prefer to work long-time in the country to learn well. 

I have other passions too. I play English pool in my free time. I started playing pool at 13 years old and I am a good player in France. I have played in the French championship in 2018 at Matters Hope. I also like video games. I play at TFT, it’s an auto-battler. I passed the Master’s level in video, which is a good level – it’s 1% of European players. And I love listening to music. I listen to every style, like metal, electronic music, or melancholy. My favourite group is Bad Omens. I love their style, and I am a fan of singer Noah, a particular voice.

I am really happy and excited to explore this country and to speak English more to improve my speaking skills. My VET project will last three months and I will do an internship in the Catering Gostilnica Sofra, so maybe I will have time to do that.
