“Keep Dreaming” Toolkit with Tools to manage Mental Health in Participation Activities

We empower young people to enhance their mental well-being through active participation! Let us introduce you to the toolkit “Tools to manage Mental Health in Participation Activities”.

In this toolkit, partner organisations share different tools and activities developed, tried and tested throughout the “Keep Dreaming” project. They incorporate different aspects of mental well-being, emotional intelligence, individual reflection, group work and confidence-building in order to ensure that young people have a positive participation experience.

The activities are divided into different types: getting to know each other, group work, and individual reflection. There are several that incorporate both group work and individual reflection as well.

Each activity has its own objectives, and they can be adapted accordingly depending on group dynamics and preferences. We hope that you will find this tool helpful for your participation activities for youth.

“Keep Dreaming” project was dedicated to enriching young people’s social participation and volunteering experiences in community actions. By engaging in the project, young people acquired essential life skills, gained a comprehensive understanding of human rights and citizenship, and actively promoted civic engagement.
