Volunteers Centre Skopje currently took part in study visit ‘Better Possibilities from Fewer Opportunities’ organized by Foundation for Social Welfare Services in Malta. The study visit implemented with support of Youth in Action Programme connected participants from Macedonia, Malta, Turkey, Italy and Armenia and gave them an opportunity to explore work and activities of various institutions and organizations providing services to different target groups (people dealing with drug and alcohol addiction, young people with challenging behaviour, people with disabilities, job seekers, teenage mothers) thus the participants had an opportunity to strength their understanding of Maltese social issues and challenges, discuss common issues across participants countries and share good working practices. Idea of study visit ‘Better Possibilities from Fewer Opportunities’ was created during ‘PBA: Better Cooperation – Better Europe’ implemented by Volunteers Centre Skopje in June 2012.
