We’re excited to share the fantastic results following our adventure in the breathtaking landscapes of Ireland in Limerick this June.

Here’s a glimpse of our accomplishments: One of the highlights was our time spent engaging in thrilling outdoor sports. We kayaked across the smooth Lough Gur – lake, surrounded by Ireland’s greenery, where teamwork and coordination were essential. Some of us enjoyed a relaxing walk along the lakeshore park. Mountain biking through rugged trails tested our endurance and courage, while orienteering in the forest helped us learn how to navigate using maps.

Another unforgettable experience was walking through scenic trails and climbing high ropes that challenged our limits and boosted our self-confidence.

Cultural exploration continued through our visits to iconic Irish cities. In Dublin, we admired the blend of modern life and historic architecture. Limerick and Galway offered a unique charm. Swimming in the Atlantic Ocean was a thrilling, if chilly, experience that none of us will forget.

A big shout out to our dedicated facilitators Kim and Ruslana, enthusiastic participants, to our sending organization, Volunteers Centre Skopje, to the amazing Irish Limerick Youth Service  for making this training such a success and to the Project Manager, Shay Moloney!
