Volunteers Centre Skopje is looking for 8 participants (15-17 years old) and 1 group leader/guardian (18+) from Macedonia who want to participate in the youth exchange “The FoREST Stage” in Poland.

About the project:
This youth exchange creates a space where young people can explore the relationship between who they are and how they present themselves to others. Through workshops, role-play, improvisation and real-life scenarios, participants will work on understanding their emotions, expressing themselves more authentically, and building healthy communication and personal boundaries. The project will focus on topics such as social pressure, relationships and assertiveness. Participants will gain practical tools for expressing their needs, respecting others and feeling more confident in everyday situations.

Technical Details:
The project is funded by Erasmus+, so all travel costs (up to 309 euros) will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ regulations. Accommodation and food will be provided.
