Volunteers Centre Skopje is looking for volunteers, 18-30 years old, from Macedonia to participate in two long-term volunteering projects “Volunteering in a Waldorf school” and “Volunteering at a Cultural Center Schlachthof” in Germany.

About the projects:
1. Volunteering in a Waldorf school in after-school activities (2 volunteers)
Dates: 07.09.2026 – 31.08.2027 or 19.10.2026 – 30.09.2027
Common tasks:
- Helping the team in the after-school classes which includes homework support, playing with the children, helping the team organise the space and supervision of the kids (age 6-10)
- Development of your own ideas for activities with the kids in the after-school classes
- Organising small local projects for the community of Bremen together with the other 15 ESC volunteers in Bremen
Volunteer #1:
- Supporting the planning and implementation of school events (concerts, theatre performances, etc.)
- Supporting the students with in the field of IT
- Supporting media projects
- Helping the team of the school to set up an Instagram and other social media pages, also helping with the website if needed
Volunteer #2:
- Supporting in the school garden and design of the school grounds
- Supporting with handcrafts and woodworking

2. Volunteering at a Cultural Center Schlachthof (1 volunteer)
Dates: 07.09.2026 – 31.08.2027
Tasks:
- Becoming a team member in the Medienwerkstatt and supporting them with their workshops and production of videos, audios and project management
- Helping out with the theatre workshops for very young children and youngsters
- Helping with the organisation of bandcamps for older children from different parts of town
- Taking part in the editorial team of the magazine issued by the cultural centre
- Take part in the backstage work of events (helping at the ticket and information desk, the logistics behind the scenes, the promotional materials etc.).
- Taking pictures and videos during events and organising the Instagram and other social media visibility
- Coming up with your own ideas for small events, workshops, exhibitions, …

Technical Details:
The project is funded by ERASMUS+, so all travel costs (up to 309 euros) will be reimbursed according to ERASMUS+ regulations. Accommodation, insurance, food and pocket money will be provided.
